We quickly ship them to your doorstep, in biodegradable, vegetable-based packing peanuts that kids love to dissolve in the sink. Plus we donate proceeds from every purchase to charities that support the environment and people in need.  

Yet, if you are not completely thrilled with your ToxicFree® or USDA Organic product please follow these directions:

DIRECTIONS

1) Email us in writing within 30 days of receiving your product and include your ID# and Order #. As we receive your email we will immediately make it right by contacting you and asking: 

A. Would you like to exchange your product for full value* as you follow the directions below or 
B. Would you like to return your product for a refund, less a 15% processing fee* as you follow the directions below


2) Obtain your RMA #. Returns and exchanges both require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) to maintain quality control. To receive your RMA# email your: first and last name as it appears in our database, your Essanté Organics ID #, and your Order # to CustomerSupport@EssanteOrganics.com 

3) Allow 72 business hours for us to respond in writing via email with your RMA#. As we respond we promise to help you based on your preference of A or B.
 

 *A. Use the RMA# we issue to ship the product back to us (required) to receive the full product value in alternate product choices or
 *
B. Use the RMA# we issue to ship the product back to us (required) to receive a refund to the original credit card, less the original shipping fee and a 15% processing fee

All shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and the lifetime $29.95 Wholesale Website fee is non-refundable
