We are committed to making the finest, healthiest, best working, most cost effective and trusted products on earth, shipping them to your doorstep, and donating proceeds from every purchase to charities which support earth's environment and people in need. Yet, if for any reason you are not completely happy and satisfied with your ToxicFree® or USDA Organic® product:
Please email us in writing within 30 days of receiving your product which we always pack in awesome, 100% eco-friendly, biodegradable, vegetable-based packing peanuts that kids love to watch dissolve in the sink! Include your ID # and Order #. As we receive your email we will immediately make it right. We promise to contact you and ask if you prefer to: (1) exchange your product for full matching product value* or (2) return your product for a refund, less a 15% processing fee back to your original credit card*, as you follow the directions below.
Directions to return or exchange a product: Returns and exchanges both require an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) to maintain quality control. To receive your RMA# email your: first and last name as it appears in our database, your Essanté Organics ID #, and your Order # to CustomerSupport@EssanteOrganics.com. Please allow 72 business hours for us to respond via email with your RMA#. As we respond we promise to help you based on your preference of 1 or 2:
(1) Exchange: Use the RMA# we email you to ship your product back to us (required), and we will give you the full product value in alternate product choices*
(2) Return: Use the RMA# we email you to ship your product back to us (required), and we will refund your original credit card, less original shipping fees and a 15% processing fee*
*All shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and the lifetime $29.95 Wholesale Website fee is non-refundable.
