Ingredients

Vitamin C (Calcium Ascorbate)
This natural vitamin-mineral is gentle, buffered and time released. Our Vitamin C is sourced from fruit and its absolutely necessary in supporting immunity, collagen production, amino acid metabolism, and neurotransmitter synthesis. When vitamin C is taken by itself it depletes the calcium stores inside your body which can lead to acidosis. Calcium Ascorbate overcomes this issue. Studies show Vitamin C as Calcium Ascorbate: may reduce risk of chronic disease while supporting immunity, healthy blood pressure, and cardiovascular health. Calcium (Calcium Ascorbate)
This elemental mineral is sourced from naturally occurring limestone (others are sourced from animal bones, animal bone meal, oyster shells, and marble). Our calcium is bound with natural ascorbic acid (Vitamin C from fruit) to ensure the enzymatic production of key neurotransmitters involved in the repair of muscle and tissue. At 70mg, as you take the 2 recommended servings per day, our premium calcium strongly supports immune function, muscle and tissue repair, healthy skin, and strong bones, teeth and joints. A healthy calcium level is critical: Low calcium (hypocalcemia) may not cause symptoms, but chronically low levels can cause changes in skin, nails, hair, cataracts, and the overproduction of yeast. This elemental mineral supports healthy acid levels in the stomach and throat. It’s known as a natural alkalizing agent that can reduce swelling in the body and support the kidneys. During exercise your cells produce lactic acid and become more acidic; Sodium Bicarbonate has a high pH/alkalinity and therefore can improve exercise performance, energy levels, and immunity. A healthy sodium level critical: Low sodium (hyponatremia) causes water to move into cells. High sodium (hypernatremia) causes fluid to move out of the cells. When either of these actions occur in the brain cells, it can cause personality changes, headache, confusion and lethargy. If the sodium drop is severe, it can result in seizures, coma and death. A key symptom of high sodium is thirst.

Potassium (Potassium Citrate)
This elemental mineral (used as a medication) makes urine less acidic. It supports the kidneys by removing uric acid and in turn allows the body to avoid the development of gout and kidney stones. It’s also essential for cardiovascular and musculoskeletal system performance. A healthy potassium level critical: Low potassium (hypokalemia) may not cause symptoms, but it may affect how your body stores glucogen (your muscles’ source of energy) or cause abnormal heart rhythms. A low level can cause muscle weakness, spasms, cramps, paralysis and respiratory problems. If the low level is not rectified it can lead to kidney issues. A healthy magnesium level is critical: Low magnesium (hypomagnesemia) may cause symptoms similar to low calcium or potassium (Above). An extremely low level can be life-threatening. High magnesium (hypermagnesemia) may cause low blood pressure, slow/ineffective breathing, heart problems and even cardiac arrest.

Citric Acid
